CD - Reconstructing Heritage (Obnavljamo bastinu)
The 32nd International Folklore Festival, held in Zagreb in July 1998, was dedicated to the reconstruction of folklore societies in the Croatian villages that had suffered during the war, and whose motto was 'reconstructing heritage!' Under this title we have published a musical collection that is the result of the systematic recording of folklore music for the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research.

CD - Croatian traditional music: lowland and central Croatia (Hrvatska tradicijska
glazba: nizinska i sredisnja Hrvatska)
CD - Croatian traditional music: highland and littoral Croatia (Hrvatska tradicijska glazba: gorska i primorska Hrvatska)
The sounds that are recorded on this Compact Disc are part of a wider project that documents the situation of contemporary Croatian traditional culture. Attention has been given to creating a collection of technically valuable recordings of old and locally specific repertoires, which are still part of the music and dance practices of local and mostly rural communities in all parts of Croatia. The selected songs are performed by musical groups and individual musicians, who endeavour to safeguard and/or authentically reconstruct old repertoires and styles of traditional performances that are typical for their surroundings. This is shown in the high technical quality of the performances of the groups and individuals, who nurture either, individually, and/or as a group, a specific relationship towards copying the past, as well as in some way abandoning the established frameworks of public performances.

CD - Na dobro nam Bozic dojde: Croatian traditional Christmas songs
The compact disc Na dobro nam Bozic dojde is an attempt to offer an alternative sound of Christmas. We have been able to select from an abundance of local music practices those that show through only one area of performance (the one related to the cycle of Christmas customs) the exceptional diversity of musical repertoire and performing styles of traditional music in Croatia.

CD - Musical heritage of national minorities in Croatia
National minorities have by now been sporadically represented in the public practice of folklore in Croatia. One reason for that is in the definition, status and level of organization of minorities in a specific period, so that autochthonous minorities have been preferred over the new minorities, as well as those minorities that were organized in cultural associations. As concerning constitutive nations of former Yugoslavia, groups from their native republics had the privileged position, that is the non-minority groups. At this edition our intention is not to uncover "hidden" minorities, but to present the musical heritage of groups and individuals that identify themselves as members of national minority communities, that endeavour to preserve their national traditions and at the same time are a part of the network of minority organizations in Croatia.
